Cotton is a soft, fluffy staple fibre that grows in a boll around the seeds of a cotton plant. Cotton is used to make a number of textile products and is a highly absorbent fabric which is also very breathable.
Organic Cotton is grown without harmful chemicals, leaving the soil, air and water free of contaminates that cause harm. It also produces around 46% less CO2 compared to conventional cotton. It also uses far less water to grow since organic cotton growers typically utilise rain far more than irrigation.
